Atmosphere ATMOS-CD120 (CD)
Released ahead of the start of the new Millennium, this compilation of previously released library pieces included three tracks by Ant - a 30 second edit of In Ruins from Catastrophe, which was included in the 'Current Affairs' section of the CD and the full-length versions of Chartwell and Country Diary from English Pastoral, which were featured in the 'Edwardian / Victorian' section.
Country Diary was mis-spelt as Country Dairy on the CD inlay and booklet.
Atmosphere ATV01 (double CD)
In order to promote the use of music from the Atmosphere albums and to make the selection of music easier, from 2002 onwards a series of themed double CDs in digipaks were released on the As Seen On TV (ATV) label. The ATV compilations all featured previously released tracks that had appeared on Atmosphere CDs.
This first title in the series included Ant's track Galleria from Mystery & Documentary on Interiors (CD 1) with a suggested use for "minimal chic". Gardens on CD 2 had five tracks by Ant including Heart of England, Exotic Gardens and Pizzicato Caprice from English Pastoral, Biosphere from Mystery & Documentary and Experimental Piano from Weird In addition, Ant and Joji Hirota's track Sad Shakuhachi from Travelogues 4 was also included, appearing in an edited version (dur 1:15).
When the As Seen On TV releases appeared online, the original double CDs were split into separate titles with new artwork. In our listing here the original double CD covers are shown unless stated otherwise.
Atmosphere ATV02 (double CD)
The second release on As Seen On TV included one track by Ant on Travel (CD 2) in the form of Orbital from True Stories. The info with the CD suggested it could be used in a setting involving the dark side of holidays, food poisoning or even a visit to casualty!
As well as the full length version of Orbital, the 30 second edit version of it was also included on the CD.
Atmosphere ATV03 (double CD)
The third As Seen On TV release included Underworld from Drama Action Suspense 2 by Ant on Cars (CD 2), with the suggested use for the track being a setting about clean fuels.
Atmosphere ATV04 (double CD)
This fourth release in the series (with both CDs subtitled 'Themes & Commercials') included Ant's track Wildfire from Total Movie along with Ant and Martin Robertson's Together Again from Short Cuts 4 on TV (CD 1 - ATV04A).
From this release onwards, the two CDs in each release were given individual catalogue numbers with A and B designating the first and second discs respectively.
Atmosphere ATV05 (double CD)
The fifth release included Ant's tracks Black Russian (from Drama Action Suspense 2), Dark Percussion (from True Stories) and Woman's Grief (from Mystery & Documentary) all on Crime (CD 2 - ATV05-B)
Atmosphere ATV06 (double CD)
Volume six in the series included Ant's track Heart of England (from English Pastoral) on CD 2 (ATV06-B) as part of the 'reflective moments' selection.
EMI Music Publishing (no catalogue number) (CD)
One of the most interesting samplers in terms of both title and presentation to include one of Ant's previously released library tracks is this 2004 CD, which came in a 12" vinyl sleeve with the CD inside on an inner piece of card. The CD includes Ant's track Joyful Moments - the library version of Sarah's Blakeley's Evening from Dragonfly Dreams - which was released on the FTV library album Acoustic Guitar Solos (FTV Media 01) the same year.
Atmosphere ATV07 (double CD)
Volume seven in the As Seen On TV series included a total of nine tracks by Ant, as follows: Speedy Penguins (from Eccentrics), Clear Water (from Mystery & Documentary), Gentle Impatience (from Soundscapes), Synchronicity (from Eccentrics), Woven Web (from Drama Simple), The Moving Road (from Ethereal Journeys 4), Andean Ascent (from Ancient Civilisations), Festival Drums (from Loops & Grooves) and Country Diary (from English Pastoral). All of Ant's tracks were included on Animals (CD 2 - ATV07B).
Atmosphere ATMOS-CD208 (double CD)
A double CD release of previously released tracks from Atmosphere albums that features a selection of tracks reflecting cities both Modern on CD one and Traditional on CD two. The second CD included Ant and Joji Hirota's tracks Gamelan (to represent Bali) and Sad Shakuhachi (to represent Tokyo), with both tracks being first released on Travelogues 4 in 1993.
For reasons unknown, both tracks were credited solely to Ant on the CD cover.
Atmosphere ATV08 (double CD)
Volume eight in the series contained one track by Ant and Joji Hirota in the form of an edited version of Blossom Village (1:06), from China! The Red Album, which appeared on Posh Nosh (CD 1 - ATV08A)

Atmosphere ATV10 (double CD)
The tenth volume in the ATV series Courage & Hope was released as a double CD in a digipak to raise money for the charity Leuka, which was formed to support climical research into leukaemia. The release of the CD was inspired by the cycling team The FireFlies, who continue to undertake cycle challenges over the Alps to raise money for leukaemia research to this day, with Leuka having now been amalgamated into the charity Leukaemia UK.
In order to identify the use of tracks so that the proceeds could be donated to the charity they were given alternate titles. For this purpose Ant's piece Speak of Remarkable Things from Documentary Undercurrents was renamed We Are Remarkable, with the track appearing on Hope (CD 2 - ATV010 B).
This title was subsequently issued online as two separate titles - Courage and Hope - with different artwork and without any mention of the charitable aspect of the original CD release.
This was the final double CD release in the ATV series and subsequent releases are believed to have been made availlable only as downloads and to just have a single title for each volume.
Bruton BR500 (CD)
Version A of Ant and Chris White's track Proof of Innocence (from the double CD release The Art of Crime) was included on this compilation, which featured "50 futurespective tracks from the first 500 Bruton albums". The track was featured in the 'investigation files' selection on the CD, with an indication in the credits that it was best for a "who dunnit theme".
Best 4 Best4-12 (CD)
Another series of compilations that UPPM released to highlight tracks across all their libraries ("Presenting the best of our libraries") was called Best 4, with the range of catalogue numbers indicating over 40 CDs in digipak covers being released in the series.
As the title suggests, this volume (subtitled 'A Musical Toybox of Treats') was designed to highlight tracks suitable for use in productions about or for children. It included an edited version (dur 1:23) of Ant and Chris White's track Safe and Sound, which had first been released on Create.04 in 2009.
Other titles in the Best 4 series also included Ant's previously released tracks but unlike the ATV series, the Best 4 releases have not been made available online so any information on them is not readily available and can only be derived from the CDs. In the case of this CD, we have determined the approximate release date from the inclusion of the most recent tracks being from albums that were released in 2010.
Universal Trailer Series UTS004 (download)
Subtitled "interesting and beautiful trailer intros", this was a compilation of previously-released library tracks issued by Universal Publishing Production Music on the Universal Trailer Series label. It included four of Ant's tracks from English Film & Drama (Tangled Clues, Flight of Strings, Steam Train Stories and The Bloomsbury Set 1) along with Heart of England from English Pastoral.
Atmosphere ATV015 (download)
The fifteenth album in the series, which features "fantastic, playful and character themes" includes Ant's track Attic Monsters from The Movie Soundtrack which appears on this compilation under the new title of Potions and Charms.

This collection of tracks for use on trailers includes nine tracks by Ant and Samuel Bohn - Visions of Hell, Feeling Trapped, Something's Out There, Fear Factor, Dark Shadows, Sense of Loss, Undone, Sad Reflection and Looking Back. All of these tracks were first released on Drones Plus 2 the previous year.

This compilation of previously released pieces was designed as "the ultimate toolkit to soundtrack your next podcast"
It includes Under Attack by Ant and James Collins, which was originally released on West One's Tension Toolkit: Mysterious and Atmospheric release from the same year. The release also includes a 30 second edit of the track, a link version (dur 0:16) and a sting (dur 0:07).
West One Music WOMG 056 (download)
In a similar vein to the previous release, this compilation of previously released pieces was designed for use in podcasts and offered "otherworldly sci-fi underscores to accompany your voyage into the great unknown"
It includes the tracks Empty Places and Forbidden Territory by Ant and James Collins, which were originally released on West One's Tension Toolkit: Mysterious and Atmospheric release from the same year. The release also includes a 30 second edit, two link versions (dur 0:14 and 0:09) and a sting (dur 0:06) of the first track along with a 30 second edit, link version (dur 0:14) and a sting (dur 0:06) of the second piece.
